The Project

We are making a documentary on Stuttering. Why? We couldn’t find a movie that had it all, so we decided to investigate stuttering for ourselves. We aim to spread awareness, share experiences and bring to light the effects of bullying. We plan to travel across Eastern Canada and film all the information we can dig up. We want to interview everyone from stuttering groups, to speech language pathologists, to everyday people on the street. So why Eastern Canada, you may ask: John Dunsworth (located in Halifax) has agreed to illustrate the different types of stutters for us. We’re going there to meet with him to film this scene and gain his insight on stuttering.

We want to do this through crowd funding for several reasons; we want an independent movie, filmed by regular people, with no information withheld. We want you to be involved, every part of it, which is why we have some nifty rewards for your contributions. Not only that, but you can also follow every step of our progress through our Blog, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. Be there with us every step of the way, a part of the movie.

Help us break the silence and make this the most informative, inspiring and heartfelt documentary about stuttering.
